Each item is made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, preference, or change of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at patwaworld@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details (including size, color, and shipping address) before placing your order. Since each item is made to order, we’re unable to make changes once production has begun.
Non-Returnable Items
Because items are made to order, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We also do not offer refunds on:
